Dan did such a fantastic job in our lounge, building us 2 beautiful alcove cupboards, 4 floating shelves and a superb fireplace surround and mantelpiece all in solid oak. We were so impressed that we also got him to make a bespoke unit for our vinyl and turntable.. Throughout the whole process, including navigating the covid lockdown, Dan gave us great ideas and guidance but really listened to what we wanted. He turned up when he said he would. He finished on time and was very competitively and fairly priced. Dan is also just a very nice guy who you feel confident about leaving in your house. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dan to any friends or family and cannot praise the quality and finish of his work highly enough.

I have been lucky enough to get Dan to do all sorts of weird jobs in the very battered ex-council house I moved to a couple of years ago. Boxing in c.h. pipes which had been left exposed, fitting the kitchen, installing loads of bespoke shelves (also at my son's). The last job (29.3.21) was "only" a wooden strip to cover the fraying edges of a hessian carpet. However, owing to the difference in heights between the two surfaces, he decided to cut a step in the underside of the strip. Such craftsmanship and attention to detail - again! A rare find, I would say, and absolutely recommended!

Dan built for us a 2 door, a 3 door and a 5 door wardrobe (the door next to the window being recessed so as to allow light into the room). He did a first rate job in fitting the wardrobes with great precision, to our particular specification. He does truly skilful work and has a great deal of knowledge. He consulted with us every step of the way to make sure that we got just want we wanted, making suggestions which improved on our initial brief. He made the whole process, from initial contact to job done, nice and easy and stress free. He is a really nice, genuine guy, who obviously takes pride in his work and nothing is too much trouble for him. We can highly recommend him. Thanks Dan for doing a terrific job, we are thrilled with the new look of our bedrooms.

Dan did a fantastic job of building storage in our attic room. He built beautifully smooth running sliding doors under the eaves as requested (despite our not so straight ceiling!) and a bespoke cupboard too. He listened to what we wanted and checked every aspect to ensure we were happy with the final product. Very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, clean and tidy and arrived on time on the day expected. I recommend him to all, this is the craftsman you have been looking for.

Where do I start?! Dan has been absolutely fantastic from the moment he came in to give us a quote until he fully completed our bedroom wardrobe project. We had a very awkward space and Dan gave us ideas about how to utilise it fully. He has been very flexible - especially with the interiors as it’s difficult to make the right decisions before physically seeing the wardrobe. His attention to detail and symmetric work is second to none as well (covering all the internal screws for visuals etc). We also had other traders completing other jobs in the house at the same time and he worked around/with them efficiently. We have already asked him to undertake further projects for us in our new home! No doubt we will be doing again in months and years to come. Thanks a lot Dan 👌🙏🙏
